How do I place an order?

Select your product, add it to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to most countries around the world.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VIsa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 1–3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. During sales or peak seasons, processing times may take longer.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive.

What if I don't receive my order?

If your order does not arrive within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

How do I return an item?

Please contact us at info@mayvaa.com to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

What if the item received is defective, incorrect or damaged?

If you receive merchandise that is defective, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the item(s). We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
